They are available in compact, standard duty 10 and 20 quart capacities (as Central Models #30R-001 and #30R-002 respectively), fitting conveniently on top of most equipment stands, or sturdier, medium duty floor models in 30 and 40 quart capacities (as Central Models #30R-003 and #30R-004), which are ideal for more frequent commercial applications.
