These Narrow Warming Drawers are built of 20 gauge stainless steel, with no exposed heating elements, so cleaning is safe and simple. The narrow 2 drawer model saves about 8 inch of space, which can add up in a tight kitchen. This two drawer unit is built to be stackable, and has projections on top of its frame to make that easier, but can also be built into cabinets and counters. There’s a trim kit available so you’ll have smooth seams. Each of the drawers has a 20lb capacity, or space for 50 rolls or 34 baked potatoes. Your food is surrounded by Halo Heat, which keeps it warm and moist without your having to add water. There’s a power switch to operate the unit. An indicator light lets you know when the drawe is heated. The temperature range is 60-200F, and it’s set by up-and-down arrow keys. There’s an additional key which operates the digital temperature display, so you can keep track of how warm the drawer is. While this unit can be placed on a countertop, it can also be mounted on 3 inch casters or adjustable legs. Specifications
