The Hatco GRBW-24 is a Glo-Ray® buffet food warmer offers an attractive way to hold hot food on buffet lines, catered events, dining halls or at temporary serving areas. This countertop buffet warmer is designed to conveniently hold (1) full-sized, 12″x20″ hotel pan. This food warmer has an open side design that makes it easy for people to access food from either side. The side closures and acrylic front of this warmer keep the food items protected from contamination and dust. This unit features a sturdy plexi-glass sneeze guard positioned at the top to prevent the pathogens, dirt, and dust from entering food. The countertop unit simplifies self-serving for better management.
This commercial food warmer with heated base uses 970 Watts of heating power to keep food at safe temperature throughout the day. The pre-focused infrared metal sheathed heating elements direct the heat towards outer edges of holding area to keep the food items fresh while maintaining a consistent temperature of all the food. The thermostatically-controlled heated base maintains temperature between 80°F and 200°F. This buffet warmer includes shatter- and break-resistant incandescent lights to put the food on display in a way that will attract customer attention.
The food warmer includes a 6 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for installation and requires a 120V, 60 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection.
