The Vulcan VHP848U Hot Gas Plate is a countertop unit that is suitable to prepare a variety of dishes. Designed for most commercial setups like hotels, restaurants, and dine-ins, this gas range features (8) open-top burners that use 240,000 BTU per hour. This hot plate has a step-up style, i.e., the burners at the back are 4″ raised and allow the chefs to access them easily. These burners include heavy-duty grates made of cast iron for a durable and reliable performance. Each burner is controlled by an independent heat control valve for customized cooking and preventing flavor transfer. The standing pilot ignition ensures quick ignition.
Vulcan VHP848U Hot Gas Plate has stainless steel top trim, control panel, and sides that guarantee a powerful and lasting performance. The stainless steel backsplash protects the wall behind the burners against water, oil, and grease splashes. This hot gas plate has a full-width crumb tray that collects food debris, dirt, and oil and it can be easily pulled out at the time of cleaning. The gas range stands firmly on four (4) 4″ legs that can be adjusted according to the kitchen space. For efficient performance and productivity, the unit includes a gas pressure regulator and 3/4″ gas connection. It is available in LP and Natural gas type connections for user’s convenience.
