Specifications
This unit measures 40″H x 48″W x 30″D and features (4) stainless steel drawers. The 48″W x 26-1/2″D stainless steel worktop includes a 4″H backsplash.
Top and bottom drawers will accommodate (1) 1/2-size pan and (1) 1/3-size pan. In addition, top drawer will also accommodate (1) 1/4-size pan and (1) 1/6-size pan. Alternate pan orientation (top drawers only) provides (1) full-size pan positioned longways front to back and (3) 1/9-size pans. Maximum pan depth is 6″. Drawer pans are not included.
Drawers possess a load capacity of 175 lbs. each. Nominal capacity is 13.66 cu. ft. Set on (4) 6″ casters, two locking.
Construction
This unit is constructed with stainless steel exterior front, top and sides with coated steel back and bottom. Flush-mount drawer handles are extruded aluminum. The cabinet interior is all stainless steel. Drawers frames and slides are constructed of durable 16-gauge stainless steel.
Power
This model utilizes a 115V/60Hz/4A/1-Ph electrical connection and a 1/3 HP compressor to maintain cabinet temperatures between -10°F and 10°F. Includes 10-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P.
