Description

The Hobart HCM450-61 Commercial Cutter Mixer provides an easy way to prepare batters, dressings, coleslaw, and more. This versatile piece of equipment is used for both cutting and mixing ingredients in a commercial set. It comes with a 45 qt stainless steel bowl and a Lexan bowl cover which keeps the liquid sealed and allow users to keep a check on food content without stopping the mixer. This bowl can be tilted up to 90° for easy pouring and mixing. There is a pouring lip on top to add liquid into the mixture. The mixer comes with a 5-minute timer and jog as well as hold settings for consistent mixing.
