The True TMC-49-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler is designed for serving two lunch lines simultaneously, featuring dual-sided access with two flip-up and two drop-down stainless steel doors on each side. It can accommodate twelve 13-inch by 13-inch milk crates and includes locks for security.
The reinforced floor with durable floor racks can support heavy loads, and the stainless steel interior walls and floor facilitate easy cleaning. A cleanout drain is integrated into the floor for efficient water and spill removal.
The forced-air refrigeration system uses electronically commutated motors to evenly distribute cold air throughout the cabinet efficiently. Operators can set the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, monitored through an external digital display. The condensing unit is easily accessible for maintenance.
The reverse condensing fan motor helps prevent debris buildup on the condensing coil, enhancing efficiency and prolonging the unit’s lifespan when used alongside regular preventive maintenance.
