Description
The True TMC-49-DS Forced Air Milk Cooler is designed to keep large quantities of milk colder for longer periods. Its forced air-cooling mechanism is part of the refrigeration mechanism. Self-contained and factory-engineered, the capillary tube system on this unit uses the environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that delivers consistent cooling. The refrigerant has zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and global warming potential (GWP) of three (3). This milk cooler maintains cabin temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. Its state-of-the-art, electronically commutate evaporator along with the condenser fan help reduce energy consumption and enhance motor reliability.
For easy cleaning, the condensing unit can be accessed from behind the back grill that slides out. Ensuring maximum durability and easy cleaning, the exterior is made of stainless steel and has non-peel or chip white vinyl finish on the front, sides, back, and top. The doors are also made of durable stainless steel. The interior has an attractive, NSF approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with reinforced stainless steel floor. Foamed-in-place, the entire cabinet structure uses high-density environmentally-friendl ypolyurethane insulation. The cooler has a welded frame made of heavy-duty steel and has black-powder coating that ensures superior corrosion resistance.
All doors have a convenient drop front and hold-open flip-up top for easy loading and unloading of milk. Its frame rail is fitted with four (4) easy roll, 4″ dia. swivel casters that allow easy maneuverability. It can easily hold twelve (12)13″Lx13″Dx11-1/8″H milk crates. The unit is pre-wired at factory and requires a 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase, 15 amp electrical connection to function effectively. A cord and plug come included with the cooler.
