Capacity
This fryer has two large 63-pound frypots with 18″ x 14″ x 3-3/4″ cooking areas, allowing use of three twin fry baskets per pot. The larger size of these pots allows each to do the work of roughly 1-1/2 standard 50-pound fryers while, on average, resulting in reductions of 12-20% less oil, up to 50% less energy and 11-15% less space.
Power
This high-production fryer runs on natural gas, using Frymaster’s thermo-tube heating system to deliver 119,000 BTUs to each frypot for fast recovery and high-production output.
Construction
This model features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and frypot for long life and ease of cleaning.
Footprint
This fryer measures 47-3/4″H x 40″W x 30-1/8″D.
Controls
This configuration uses the Frymaster SMART4U 3000 controller, which offers push-button cooking for 20 products. Times the cook operation and signals audibly when cooking is complete. Can display Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature values and stores the current time and temperature settings when the unit is turned off. Features temperature check, boil-out, melt cycle and lighted digital display. Controller operates the ATO-Automatic Top Off feature. Controller can monitor oil management functions such as cook counts, prompt when it is time to filter, and guide workers through step-by-step oil management functions such as filtration, oil dispose and boil out.
