Designed to meet the demands of a busy commercial establishment, this unit has a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior that allows easy cleaning. The ice maker machine can produce up to 950 lbs of ice in 24 hours. This ice machine uses dual-sided KMEdge stainless steel evaporator to produce crescent-shaped cubes that are ideal for a variety of purposes. The water temperature requirement ranges from 45°F to 90°F and ambient temperature requirement ranges from 45°F to 100°F for effective results. The water pressure requirements of this machine ranges between 10 psig and 113 psig.
The Hoshizaki ice machine features a CycleSaver feature that produces the same quantity of ice in about half as many cycles as other ice machines for lower production cost. The EverCheck alert system informs the users of any possible malfunction and that the machine needs servicing. This ice machine is backed with H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent protection that prohibits growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew inside. The unit uses R-404A refrigerant and 12,700 BTU per hour heat rejection for uninterrupted performance. Hoshizaki ice maker needs to be hardwired at site, no cord/plug included. It requires a 208-230V, 60 Hz, 10 Amps, 1-phase electrical connection. Compatible bins and dispensers are sold separately.
