This 24 inch wide gas range features four 28,000 BTU cast-iron burners for stock pots, fry pans, and sauce pans, and a 19.5 inch x 26.5 inch space-saver oven for baking. The oven comes with two rack guides and an adjustable rack, and its temperature can be adjusted anywhere between 175° and 550° Fahrenheit.
The body of this dual range/oven is constructed from high grade stainless steel, a surface that resists dents and is easy to clean. The unit stands on 6 inch stainless steel legs and includes a 4 inch stainless steel front rail. Attached to the unit is a removable one-piece crumb drawer. This unit is NSF-Approved and
