This gas range features a 24″ griddle on the right with a heavy-duty 3/4″ thick polished steel griddle plate for cooking omelets, pancakes, and more. Six 32,000 BTU top burners have a standing pilot light with a 100% safety shut-off features. An included full-length drip tray helps catch grease and other drippings.
The commercial range also comes with two ovens, which both have two chrome oven racks with multiple-position rack guides. The 27,000 BTU oven burners help maintain temperatures from 175°F to 550°F. The enamel oven interior is easy to clean, as it the stainless steel exterior of the range. Four casters provide enhanced mobility, as well.
