The Vollrath 40702 is a Cayenne Electric Convection Oven that offers a perfect opportunity to expand menus. The door of this stainless steel oven is cool-to-touch for user safety and can be removed easily at the time of cleaning. The glass window and interior light increase visibility for easy monitoring of the cooking process. The cooking compartment includes chrome-plated shelves that are tightly fitted with shelf runners. These shelves can hold (4) full-size pans for high volume baking.
This convection oven features a customized baffle fan and diffuser plate that provide consistency in air flow and uniform baking results. The steam injection system has a manual humidity control to assure that the food is perfectly crisp and brown. The self-reversing dual fans offer advanced circulation so that every dish is cooked perfectly and evenly.
The thermostat controls regulate the temperature between 150° and 570°F. The 120-minute timer keeps users informed to prevent overcooking. This bake timer switches off the oven automatically after the set time. Both the thermostat and timer are protected by the knob guards from accidents and damages.
