The Southbend S36D is a staple for commercial kitchens. The commercial gas range has six open, cast iron burners and one standard oven to cook every recipe from the breakfast menu to dinner menu. The range has six removable tops made of durable cast iron grates (rear burners hold up to a 14″ stock pot). The exterior of the Southbend S36D is made to last with construction material of a stainless steel front and sides. The stainless steel removable shelf keeps pans and spices close by and the chrome oven handle and metal knobs makes the oven easy to use while looking great in your commercial kitchen. The 35,000 BTU oven features a porcelain enameled interior that’s easy to clean and a thermostat ranging from +175°F to +550°F. There are 2-position rack guides and one removable rack is included with the oven.
