This unit features two powerful 25,000 BTU burners with independent manual controls, enabling you to cook up two different menu items simultaneously for added efficiency. The heavy duty cast iron grates are removable for easy cleaning. Additionally, the 29Y-070 features a removable grease tray, ensuring fast cleanup. This natural gas hot plate can be field converted to liquid propane by a qualified service technician and features a 3/4″ rear gas connection. The 12″ wide compact countertop range offers a small footprint making it perfect for tight spaces in diners, food trucks, restaurants, and more!
