Description
The Frymaster FPRE280 17KW is a dual high-production electric fryer battery designed for demanding foodservice operations that require large frying capacity, strong recovery, and effective oil management. Each frypot provides an 80 lb. oil capacity with a spacious 18″ × 18″ frying area, making the unit well suited for high-volume production of bone-in chicken, fresh-breaded items, French fries, and other high-sediment fried foods. The 17 kW electric heating system, proprietary self-standing swing-up elements, and digital controller support accurate temperature response, consistent cooking quality, and efficient heat transfer during heavy production periods.
The FPRE280 includes built-in filtration and casters as standard, helping operators manage oil quality more efficiently while reducing manual handling and downtime. Its deep cold zone, forward-sloping frypot bottom, and rear flush feature help move sediment toward the front drain valve for easier removal, which is especially valuable for breaded or heavily seasoned products.
