The built-in, space-saving filtration of the FPRE models adds a layer of convenience and efficiency.
Capacity
This fryer has four 80-pound open fry pots with 18″ x 18″ x 4-3/8″ frying areas.
Power
This high-production fryer uses a 240V, 3-phase electrical connection to provide 21 kw of power to each frypot for faster heat and recovery times than standard 17 kw models.
Construction
This model features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and frypot for long life and ease of cleaning.

Controls
This configuration uses the Frymaster CM3.5 controller with smooth, touchpad surface. Its multi-product programmable controller automatically stretches cook time to provide consistent food quality regardless of the product load. LEDs display cooking time countdown (with audible alarm) and provide precise frypot temperature checks. The unit also features controlled boil-out at a steady 195°F (80°C), recovery “test time”, programmable “shake” and “hold” times and more.
