Description
Store warm boxed and wrapped food products in the Hatco GRSDS-36D Glo-Ray® Display Case. Its slant display at the front makes the display cabinet suitable for cafeterias, delis, grocery stores, or self-service areas. There are two (2) shelves with (14) divider rods that can be adjusted to accommodate sheet pans measuring 18″Wx26″D. The interior comes with incandescent lights that are shatter-resistant and increase the brightness of the cabinet to make the products look more attractive. This unit is designed for holding food at an optimum temperature and for a short period of time. Its top is heated with pre-focused infrared and the heated base is thermostatically controlled to maintain the temperature between 185°F to 200°F. The infrared heat element is covered with tubular metal for protection against shocks and vibrations.
Hatco Display Case is made from aluminum and stainless steel for durability and strength to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. Its end panels are made from tempered glass that prevents heat from escaping and keeps cold air out. This display cabinet uses 1810 Watts of heating power with 120V, 60 Hz, 15.1 amps, single-phase electrical connection for smooth operations. It comes with 6 ft cord and plug for easy installation. The unit stands on 4″ legs for support on every type of kitchen surface.
