Oven: (1) Standard Oven. 32,000 BTU. 20″W and fits full-size sheet pans front-to-back. Base interior is 26-1/2″D and 14″H and have a heavy duty +200°F to +500°F thermostat with “low” heat setting. Controls mounted in insulated side compartment. Four-position rack guides. Porcelain interior. Regular Oven Base includes (2) racks per oven. Circulates air evenly with 120V fan to speed the cooking process.
Top Burners: (4) 278000 BTU cast iron burners with lift-off heads for easy cleaning; Front burners are 12″Wx12-1/2″D; back burners are 12″Wx14-1/2″D to accommodate large pans and stock pots.
