The True TPP-67-D2 is a commercial pizza prep table that offers ample storage and prepping surface to its users. This prep table is suitable for most commercial places like pizza shops, cafes, fast food joints, and restaurants. Designed with premium quality material, the table is an economical and reliable choice. The top, front, and ends are made of stainless steel with GalFan coated steel at the back for durability. The interior of this unit has a clear-coated aluminum lining and stainless steel floor for easy cleaning and rust-resistance. The solid doors and cabinet structure are foamed-in-place with polyurethane insulation to enhance structural integrity.
This pizza prep table includes a food rail at the top that holds up to (9) third-size pans to arrange a variety of ingredients. The rail is covered with insulated flat lids to lock the freshness and keep ingredients at optimum temperature. This table includes a 19-1/2″D cutting board that can be easily removed at the time of cleaning. The drawered table has (1) door and (2) drawers with recessed handles for effortless operation. The door includes (4) PVC-coated shelves and drawers can accommodate (4) full-sized pans to store pre-cooked meals.
The True table holds temperature between 33°F and 41°F for food safety. It uses 1/3 HP compressor to circulate eco-friendly R290 refrigerant throughout the cabinet. The prep table includes an 11 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set and requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection. It stands on (4) 5″ swivel casters for easy maneuverability across the kitchen and service station.
