The size #4, orange handled disher features a 3-5/8″ diameter bowl to serve approximately 8 oz. with each scoop. Easily squeeze the orange colored, plastic coated handle to release the product from the stainless steel, round scoop. The simple two-part design features no springs to prevent loss of parts. The disher is perfectly designed to work with all steamtable pan depth to serve all foods ranging from rice and macaroni to vegetables and potatoes.
