Made of heavy 14 gauge aluminum, the pizza pan is pre-seasoned with a hardcoat of Tuff-Kote to prevent sticking and prolong the life. The even hole pattern perforated design allows for consistent, uniform heat conduction that cooks the pizza quickly and gives a snap to the crust. The sides are angled at 63° to support the crust while also making it easy to grab once the baking is complete. 14-1/4″ bottom diameter. 15″ top diamater. 3/4″ deep.
