The condenser and evaporator fan motors are electronically commutated, producing minimal heat and consuming low energy, contributing to energy efficiency. To ensure consistent maintenance, the condensing fan motor incorporates a reverse direction mechanism, effectively eliminating dust buildup on the condensing coil in a 20-second cycle. This feature complements general maintenance practices, potentially enhancing coil operation and extending its lifespan. The epoxy-coated evaporator adds corrosion resistance, and the bottom-mounted refrigeration system ensures the compressor is situated in the coolest part of the kitchen, also providing a comfortable height for staff members.
