The Bakers Pride® EB-1-8-5736 is a single-deck oven in the EB Superdeck Series, designed for pizzerias, bakeries, and high-volume foodservice operations that require a wider deck surface and the efficiency of electric operation.

This oven features an 8″ (203 mm) deck height and a 57″ × 36″ steel deck, providing a larger baking area for increased output. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom ensure balanced heat and precise control. With 12,000 watts of power, available in multiple voltages and phases, the EB-1-8-5736 is engineered for consistent, efficient performance in demanding kitchens.

Its construction includes a .25″ fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation for durability and energy efficiency. The stackable design allows up to three ovens high to maximize production in limited space.
