The Southbend 4601AA-2CL is a 60″ gas range designed for high-efficiency cooking in commercial kitchens. It includes (6) non-clog burners with standard grates, providing excellent cooking versatility. The range also features a 24″ charbroiler on the left side, ideal for grilling. Additionally, two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven provide ample cooking space. The unit is built with stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs, along with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf for added storage.
