The Southbend 4606AA-2RR is a 60″ gas restaurant range with three star/sauté burners at the front and two Pyromax burners at the rear. It features a raised griddle/broiler and includes a standing pilot for ignition. The unit is equipped with two convection ovens, each with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. Other features include a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, as well as 6″ adjustable legs. This range provides a total output of 276,500 BTU and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
