With adjustable cook times ranging from 1 minute to 30 minutes, each oven boasts a dedicated digital control panel enabling precise temperature adjustments between 260 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the product-stop functions allow for extended cooking times, ensuring perfect results for pizzas, sandwiches, or pastas. Operators can effortlessly monitor operation thanks to the fluorescent display, which provides real-time readings of temperatures, diagnostic messages, and belt speeds. To maintain consistency and prevent unintended adjustments, these settings can be securely locked.
The compact yet powerful design of the Lincoln 1600-2E conveyorized oven, measuring 80 inches wide by 6012 inches deep by 6338 inches high, is perfectly suited for compact kitchen spaces and can be stacked with another conveyor oven to maximize output. For added flexibility, the conveyor belts’ directions can be reversed to accommodate different kitchen layouts. Both ovens feature front-loading glass doors with glass windows, allowing operators to monitor cooking progress or insert food midway on the conveyor belt. Constructed with top-of-the-line materials, including rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of high-volume use in harsh environments. For ease of maintenance, the finger assemblies and conveyor belts are removable, facilitating thorough cleaning and ensuring optimal performance over time.
