The True TFP-48-18M-FGLID prep table is designed with durability in mind, featuring a stainless steel top, front, and sides, as well as a GalFan-coated steel back to resist dents and corrosion. The interior is constructed of clear-coated aluminum with a stainless steel floor that has coved corners for easy cleaning. To maintain proper temperatures, the walls are insulated with polyurethane foam. The unit is equipped with 2½-inch-diameter castors for mobility, with the front set featuring locking mechanisms for stability. An 8-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board runs the length of the unit, providing ample space for food preparation. This unit comes with 18 sixth-size food pans and is equipped with a heavy-duty glass lid to keep food fresh and chilled.

The cabinet base includes two stainless steel doors with magnetic gaskets to prevent cold air leaks and 12-inch aluminum handles for easy access. Inside, four PVC-coated wire shelves provide support for products and can be adjusted in ½-inch increments. The True TFP-48-18M-FGLID prep table utilizes R134A refrigerant in its capillary tube system to maintain interior temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The condensing unit is accessible from the back for cleaning and maintenance, and the evaporator is coated with epoxy to resist corrosion.
