The Vulcan HEG60E Heavy-Duty Electric Griddle whips up a variety of dishes without taking up much space. The griddle features two solid sheathed tubular heating elements, and it cooks food evenly with one snap-action thermostat and cycling light for every 12″ of the griddle. The stainless steel construction of the front and sides can stand up to even the busiest kitchens. Clean-up won’t be a hassle thanks to the 3-1/2″ front grease trough that empties into a large capacity grease drawer.
