Keep foods at the perfect serving temperatures with the Wells ICP-100! The cold food unit is non-refrigerated and designed to keep pre-chilled food cold by ice-cooling. The self-contained unit holds 1 food pan 12″x20″ and keeps it cool with CFC free insulation. Drop-in design features recessed top ledges that lowers the inset pan, keeping food colder and fresher for longer. 18 gauge stainless steel exterior is durable to withstand the abuse of a busy commercial kitchen and is corrosion resistant to withstand years of use. 1″ drain located in the center for easy cleaning and a perforated bottom strainer plate conveniently holds ice above the drain.
