The Southbend 4484EE-3CL is a 48″ commercial gas range designed for high performance and versatility in any professional kitchen. This unit includes (1) star/sauté burner at the front and (1) non-clog burner at the rear for a mix of intense heat and reliable cooking. On the left side, it features a 36″ charbroiler for grilling meats, vegetables, and other charred items to perfection. Two space-saver ovens come with battery spark ignition for consistent and efficient cooking, each including one rack.
The 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf provides additional space for tools or ingredients. The entire unit is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf for durability and easy cleaning, while the 6″ adjustable legs allow for flexible installation.
