From griddles to charbroilers, the Kratos 67K-315 48″ Chef’s Base/Refrigerated Equipment Stand gives you a spot to place a variety of cooking equipment and also store ingredients. This equipment stand isn’t just a convenient place to store gear, but it also features two refrigerated drawers for storing foods. Its durable stainless steel top resists rust and corrosion, and it features a marine edge to prevent liquids from spilling over the sides. Easy-to-use digital temperature controls unite with an auto defrost function to maintain ideal temps. Plus, a set of casters allows you to move the equipment stand during routing cleaning and maintenance.
Kratos charbroilers ship ready to use for natural gas, but can be field converted to liquid propane. The cast iron radiants ensure a hot cooking surface and are removable for easy cleaning, as is the removable grease trap.
