The Frymaster 3FQG120T FilterQuick® gas fryer is a high-capacity, triple large-vat frying system designed for demanding commercial kitchens that require maximum output, consistent cooking performance, and efficient oil management. Featuring three 120 lb frypots with expansive 20″ × 20″ cooking areas, this fryer is especially suited for high-volume frying of bone-in chicken and fresh-breaded products. Its Thermo-Tube heat-transfer design and controlled flow diffusers help maximize energy transfer into the oil, supporting fast heat-up, strong recovery, lower idle costs, and reduced exhaust temperatures.
The built-in FilterQuick® automatic filtration system simplifies oil care with fingertip filtration, rear oil flush, and heavy-sediment handling capability for breaded-product operations. The FQ4000 easyTouch® controller supports intuitive cooking, filtering, recipe programming, and segmented cooking for complex items such as bone-in chicken. With a wide cold zone, sloped frypot bottom, 8 GPM filter pump, front-access service components, and stainless steel construction, the 3FQG120T is built for high-throughput kitchens focused on production efficiency, oil life, and long-term reliability.
