This counter top model is constructed entirely of stainless steel and measures 36″W, so there’s space for more than one item at a time, and that’s always helpful in a busy kitchen. It has an infrared burner, which focuses higher heat on the surface, thereby melting or toasting without cooking all the way through, and doing so much more quickly than a standard burner could do it. There are two positions of rack glides, so items of differing thicknesses can be heated in this unit. The polished black knobs are heat resistant and cool to the touch.
