Description

The Bakers Pride® 352 is a double-deck Superdeck oven designed for commercial pizza and bakery operations that require higher production capacity in a durable and efficient design. Each deck has an 8″ (203 mm) baking height and a 45″ × 34.5″ Cordierite deck, offering excellent heat retention and even results for pizzas, breads, and baked goods.

With 140,000 BTUH output across two decks, the 352 provides consistent performance and the ability to bake different products at separate temperatures simultaneously, thanks to independently controlled top and bottom dampers in each chamber.

Constructed with a .25″ fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, this oven is built for long-term durability and energy efficiency. Its stackable design (up to three ovens high) provides flexibility to scale production as demand grows.
