The unit features an insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider, four 4″ diameter swivel casters with front brakes, and comes with standard 1/6-size 4″ food pans, accommodating 6″ deep pans. Using eco-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerants (R-290), it’s designed for sustainability. The electrodeposition-coated evaporator enhances durability, along with a durable drawer gasket that’s easy to replace. An innovative hot gas frame heating system keeps things running smoothly. It’s equipped with a 9 ft long flexible three-wire cord with a molded plug and lifetime-guaranteed heavy-duty all-metal door handles.
