This docking roller helps chefs prepare consistently shaped pizza crusts, tortillas, flatbreads, and much more. The dough roller has a compact design that makes it easy to place at any tabletop. Its heavy-duty welded stainless steel construction ensures durability, safety, hygiene, and low cost. This easy-to-use dough roller can sheet the dough up to 20″diam. and dock up to 18″diam. within a few seconds. It can produce up to 500-600 sheets in 60 minutes and is especially used for elongated or round doughs that have to be pricked before baking. Its easy-to-use handle allows users to adjust the thickness of rolled out dough sheets.
The Somerset CDR-2020 Dough Roller features non-stick, synthetic rollers for consistent flattening of the batter and elimination of dough build-up. The roller includes a large hopper to easily fit huge pieces of dough. The removable, spring-loaded scrapers keep the roller clean to roll-out the next dough batch. The docking roller operates on 3/4 HP, permanently lubricated compressor motor with sealed ball bearings for smooth functioning. The maintenance-free drive mechanism of the roller is positioned away from the rolling area. The safety sensors shut off operation automatically in case of any possible malfunction. The docking dough roller includes (4) 4″ adjustable stainless steel legs. This model is available in (2) voltage options – 120V, 60 Hz and 220V, 50 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection.
