EcoQuality food topping warmer is a countertop warmer with two slots for pans to be warmed. The wells are 7 quarts in size and there is the ability to control the temperature with an adjustable thermostat. This unit also has two stainless steel pumps. This gives you the option to have the customer pump out your hot fudge or caramel.
