The Frigos FGV-PZPT-67 is a 67-inch, two-door refrigerated pizza prep table with 20.8 cubic feet of base storage and a raised top rail for ingredient pans. The 67-inch width gives you a full dough-stretching workspace plus enough room for a pizza maker to work efficiently with toppings right at hand.
The raised top rail holds ingredient pans at 32°F to 40°F — cheese, sauces, vegetables, meats, and specialty toppings stay cold and accessible through the entire shift. Below, two solid-door compartments with adjustable shelves store dough trays, backup ingredients, and bulk containers. Stainless steel construction with Cyclopentane insulation.
A 1/4 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant draws 4.88 KW per 24 hours. At 41-3/4 inches tall — pizza prep height — and 67 inches wide, this is the workhorse station for mid-volume pizzerias.
