The Frigos FGV-SWPT-48-MT is a 48-inch, two-door mega top sandwich and salad prep table with 13.8 cubic feet of base storage and an oversized top rail extending 37.25 inches deep. The mega top design holds significantly more ingredient pans than the standard 48-inch prep table, giving your team access to a full topping lineup without reaching for backups.
The extended top rail maintains temperatures between 33°F and 40°F across all pan positions. Below, two solid-door compartments with adjustable shelves hold backup ingredients. A 1/5 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant draws 3.95 KW per 24 hours. Stainless steel exterior with Cyclopentane insulation.
