Capacity
This fryer has a 30-pound open fry pot with a 13″ x 14″ x 3-3/4″ frying area.
Power
This oil-conserving fryer runs on natural gas to provide 70,000 BTUs to the frypot. The reduced oil capacity allows the oil to heat with less energy.
Construction
This model features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and frypot for long life and ease of cleaning.

Controls
This configuration uses the Frymaster SMART4U 3000 controller, which offers push-button cooking for 20 products. Times the cook operation and signals audibly when cooking is complete. Can display Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature values and stores the current time and temperature settings when the unit is turned off. Features temperature check, boil-out, melt cycle and lighted digital display. Controller operates the ATO-Automatic Top Off feature. Controller can monitor oil management functions such as cook counts, prompt when it is time to filter, and guide workers through step-by-step oil management functions such as filtration, oil dispose and boil out.
