The Frymaster FPRE480 17KW is a quad high-production electric fryer battery designed for large commercial kitchens that require maximum frying capacity, strong recovery performance, and efficient oil management. Each frypot provides an 80 lb. oil capacity with a spacious 18″ × 18″ frying area, making the system especially suitable for high-volume production of bone-in chicken, fresh-breaded foods, French fries, and other high-sediment menu items. The 17 kW electric heating system, proprietary self-standing swing-up elements, and digital controller help deliver responsive temperature recovery, accurate oil temperature control, and consistent cooking quality during continuous service.

The FPRE480 includes built-in filtration and casters as standard, helping operators maintain oil quality while reducing manual oil handling and downtime. Its deep cold zone, forward-sloping frypot bottom, rear flush feature, and 1-1/2″ full-port drain valve on fryer batteries support faster sediment removal and more thorough cleaning, which is important for breaded and high-sediment products.
