With a heating area of 12″x24″, the unit features an infrared-heated metal sheathed element to provide heat across the holding area while the preset base conducts heat from the bottom to keep food warm. The open-case style allows easy access to the food from all three sides. The countertop and bottom of the pan has air space between them for effective insulation and longer life. The unit has a swing-away top that provides fast and easy access to food pans.
