It produces up to 490 lbs. of half-size ice cubes (3/8″x1-1/8″x7/8″) per day, and it has state-of-the-art 24-hour preventive diagnostics that continuously monitor the unit and provide feedback to ensure trouble-free operation. Its easyTouch display shows operating status, cleaning reminders, real-time maintenance updates, and more. At just 30″ wide, this unit is highly energy efficient and delivers a powerful performance.
This ice machine a special FoodZone that’s both easy to clean and access, thanks to a hinged front door panel, and some components are even made of AlphaSan antimicrobial material. The unit includes a removable water-trough, curtain, distribution tube, and set of sensing probes for efficient and quick cleaning, as well. An integrated acoustical ice-sensing probe detects the ice thickness, ensuring uniform production of ice cubes.
