The non-insulated, mobile cabinet is made of aluminum construction and features a forced convection system for fast heat up and recovery times. Easily keep an eye on product while in the cabinet with the clear polycarbonate door! The clear door allows operators to reduce the need to open the door which releases heat. Full size design holds (18) 18″ x 26″ or (34) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans on nickel-chrome wire universal pan slides spaced in 1-1/2″ increments. Easily move the heated holding cabinet with the (4) 5″ neoprene wheels and keep it safely in one place with the two casters that feature brakes. Once in place, easily control temperatures up to 190°F with the thermostatic recessed control dials, master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The bottom mount control module is removable for easy cleaning. Overall dimensions: 25-1/8″W x 30-1/4″D x 69-3/4″H. 120V, single phase. NEMA 5-20P cord included. UL Listed. NSF Listed.
