Description
Chop, slice, and wedge produce easily with the Nemco 57500 Easy Chopper 3. This food chopper allows for faster, easier operation with greater performance longevity than the Easy Chopper 2. A color-coded push block matches its correct blade to prevent destructive mismatches of pusher block and cutting blade. A pre-tensioned slicing blade cartridge system allows for smooth, even cuts with less effort. The aluminum and stainless steel construction of this unit allows it to be easily cleaned and sanitized. Sturdy-wide base is high enough to sprawl sixth or third size 6″ deep food pans for easy product catching. Easily change the blade assemblies without removing the bumpers as they are completely separate from the guide rods. The push block is made of nylon-based resin for high resilience and resistance to impact damage.
