Description
This traditional black steel Lyon-shaped frying pan creates a generous food-to-heat ratio which allows for setting, scrambling and searing. The angled sides keep in steam and discourage dry frying, and the flat, iron handle is solidly affixed with stainless steel rivets. Thickness ranges from 3/64in (1.2mm) to 5/16in (1.5mm). Not dishwasher-safe.
