This Traulsen G20015P Pass-Thru Refrigerator is a two-section, full-height refrigerator. It efficiently utilizes the microprocessor controls and has 2″ thick foamed-in-place insulation that ensures excellent temperature preservation and performance. With 48.8 cu. ft. capacity, the refrigerator provides ample space to keep contents at a high volume kitchen setting. Users can keep it between the kitchen prep area and server stations for easy access in busy cooking conditions. This refrigerator is useful in the conditions where users need to prepare, plate, and store cold items such as desserts so that waitstaff can serve them whenever needed.

Featuring durable stainless steel front and doors, anodized aluminum sides and interior, the unit can be cleaned easily and will ensure long-lasting operational life. Each door is left-hinged and features a self-closing design. A stay-open mechanism allows the door to stay open past 120° angle, making loading and unloading easier for users. All six (6) epoxy-coated wire shelf on the refrigerator is capable of holding 225 lb of weight. The interior lighting is automatically deactivated when the door is closed. Four (4) 6″ casters with brakes are fitted on this unit to allow easy maneuverability on the kitchen floor.

Using the environmentally-friendly R-450A refrigerant; the top-mounted, self-contained, balanced refrigeration system can hold temperatures between 34°F and 38°F. The clockwise airflow pattern keeps cold air inside and warm air out, whenever the door is opened. Door pans on this unit are made of metal and protect the removable vinyl magnetic gaskets.
