The Southbend BGS/13SC Bronze is a Gas Single Stack convection oven. The oven is durable, made of stainless steel exterior with 26″ black painted, triangular legs. High efficiency, non-clog Inshot burners provide the consistent performance. Dependent doors feature 180° opening and windows to view inside contents. Glass windows also provide energy savings. Handle to door is heavy duty and stays cool to the touch. Coved, fastener-free, porcelain interior. 5 plated oven racks are included as well as 11-position rack guides. The oven also features heat keeping dual door seal system. Easy to service “plug-in, plug-out” control panel. Interior oven lights.
