Description
This Southbend SLGS-22SC gas convection oven made of stainless steel construction for long lasting durability in a busy commercial kitchen. The oven has solid state controls with a thermostat that has a +140°F to +500°F temperature range for operators to easily adjust temperatures. Standard depth ovens have 11-position rack guides and 5 plated oven racks to easily fit all of the pans needed to feed crowd. This double deck model features electronic spark ignition and uses 72,000 BTU which heats the oven quickly and maintains heat. Heavy duty 60/40 dependent stainless steel doors with windows allow operators to view product without opening the doors, which releases heat and interrupts the cooking cycle. The cool touch handles protects operators hands and the 60 minute dial timer keeps product moving appropriately. Overall dimensions of 38″Wx39-3/4″Dx65″H, including 6″H legs.
